Data Cleaning

  • HRVathlete will recognise suitable HRV files and omit training data or non-HRV data.
  • All suitable data will be 'cleaned' to minimise artefacts.
  • If too many errors exist, the data will be omitted from the athlete's profile.

Email Directly to HRVathlete

  • Have your athletes email data directly to HRVathlete. HRVathlete will recognise the athlete's email address and automatically add the analysed results to that athlete's profile.
  • Reduce the burden of manually uploading all data.

  • Detailed view - assess acute and accumulated fatigue responses using a table and graphical view.
  • Basic view - simple Recovery Index rates fatigue between 0 and 100, and provides automated written feedback.
  • Team reports - provides an average of your team's data in one simple report.
  • Comments - write your own comments to provide athletes/coaches with feedback to accompany the data and graphs.
  • Print or email a one page summary report as a PDF.
