What's required to use HRVathlete?
All you need in order to use HRVathlete is an internet connection and a heart rate monitor capable of capturing RR data. HRVathlete is best used with either Polar RS800cx or Suunto T6. HRVathlete is also compatible with:
Capturing and importing data
For information on how to capture and/or import data in HRVathlete, this PDF is for you.
Interpretting the data
